The Gourmets exhibition is the renowned Spanish food fair, focused on the gourmet products, which was held in Madrid from April the 4th to the 7th, in its 30-year anniversary.
It was in this edition, that Botularium participated for the first time with a stand of its own were the cold cuts and the Gazpacho Original were able to taste.
In addition, its Wild boar Saucisson with black truffle from Teruel (Spain) and its Deer flambé with Cognac in walnuts sauce, were displayed in the glass case of the innovation gourmet products of the El Corte Inglés Gourmet Club.
